Immediately upon being notified of a lost child:
As soon as a child is suspected to be missing
Designated areas A - H to be swept:
A. Track
B. Discus/Jav/HJ/Finishing line area
C. Long Jump/ Shot put area
D. Shed/Canteen/AFL Training room/Toilets
E. Outside of fence Western Side
F. Outside of fence Eastern Side
G. Carpark
H. AFL Clubhouse and surrounding area
Police will treat this matter as urgent..
- Siren to be sounded
- Time of siren to be recorded
- Committee must be notified immediately via two way
- All Events to cease until missing athlete is found
- Age Managers to do a head count and stay with athletes at their event

- A quick sweep of the above areas must be carried out by committee or anyone in the area.
- Immediately report back to the co-ordinator (Centre Manager).
- If the child is not found, police must be telephoned immediately and advised accordingly.
